Update: the move
Sep. 27th, 2021 07:12 pmSo we've moved into the new apartment, it's really beautiful and bigger than the old one. We had the locksmith out today adding locks to all the doors and to the windows. Hopefully, that will help Leo feel at ease here and like it's home. I got all the furniture from Cee's place and the rest of the stuff will arrive with the police in the next couple of days.
Matt seems to love the new place, he's claimed a cupboard in the kitchen as his own already and keeps running from the bedroom to the living room jumping on everything in his path. He seems to like it. The neighbourhood is really nice too, we're surrounded by cops and the park is just far enough away that we can still take Matt there. When Leo can go out.
He can walk short distances now which is amazing! I'm so proud of him for getting this far and for working so hard.
It is true you can't keep Leo down. You can't tell him he can't do something or won't be able to do something. He just has to prove you wrong and I love that about him!
